Overview

The Weekly Ad was a key tool for our loyal customers, but usability issues made it difficult to navigate, search, and shop. Our goal was to revamp the digital advertisement platform to enhance usability, improve offer clarity, and create a seamless shopping experience.

How it works

The Challenge

Customer feedback collected through Qualtrics surveys revealed key pain points:

Difficult Navigation:

Customers struggled to browse and locate products efficiently.

Poor Searchability

Users had to scroll through the entire flyer to find items.

Confusing Offers

Discounts and coupons lacked clarity, making it hard to identify applicable promotions.

Inability to Shop Directly

Items were visible but could not be purchased from the ad interface.

These issues led to frustration, reduced engagement, and missed conversion opportunities.
